My name is Lisa and I have spent much of my life surrounded by our furry friends. I understand, for you to consider me a possibility for caring for your pet you are eager to find out a little bit more about me, so you can be assured that I am the right person for the job!
Having been involved with professional dog walking and dog caring for almost the last 30 years, I am proud to have gained a wealth of experience in dealing with the wants and needs of ‘man’s best friend’. I decided I wanted to use my passion for dogs to provide a friendly and unforgettable service for dog owners around Reigate and the surrounding areas.
I pride myself on ensuring the safety of the dogs I walk. I will never walk with a group of more than four dogs (and often fewer than this), which allows me to dedicate more care and attention to the well-being of your dog, and ensure that they are kept safe.
As well as having my own animals, I have had a great deal of involvement with dealing with rescue animals, caring for many at my own home. I hold a City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 qualification in Animal Care, qualified in emergency First Aid for dogs, and have a lot of experience in recognising illness and dealing with vets, as well as looking after animals with health problems and administering medication when necessary. This gives my customers additional peace of mind, especially if your dog is elderly.
With Gooch's Pooches, my number one priority is to ensure that your dog is happy, comfortable and safe. Over time I will build a bond and relationship with your dog, whilst caring for them like they were one of my own, gaining their trust and friendship. I have full public liability insurance for dog walking.
